Stress Reduction and Resilience: East, West and Beyond

In this class you will learn to reduce your stress by:

  • Learning a productive, beneficial type of stress response 
  • Tapping on specific acupoints to help balance your nervous system
  • Learning a technique to balance the different parts of your brain to each other
  • Learning which lifestyle activities can reduce stress by boosting specific chemicals in your brain
  • Learning how to protect and clear yourself and your home from negative energies
  • and more!

lBased on current scientific findings, Chinese medicine, and other modalities,  this self-empowering class  is designed for use by:

  • medical professionals
  • therapists
  • educators
  • holistic health practitioners
  • your friends, family and yourself

Using a subjective measure, most participants will be able to detect a noticeable reduction in their stress level by the end of the class.

What is the cost of the class?

This 60-minute class is available to groups in person or online for a cost of $40 if paid by cash or check or $41.40 if paid electronically.

Where are the classes held

Classes are either held at my home (maximum of 3 students), online, or you may host me at your location (minimum of 4/maximum of 15 students) for which you would receive the class for free.
